Astrid & Miyu
A global VM toolkit, engineered to scale

Create a comprehensive family of visual merchandising and display units that could be produced quickly, stocked intuitively and rolled out consistently at scale.
As part of a wider retail design overhaul, Astrid & Miyu needed a visual merchandising system capable of keeping pace with a fast-growing store estate. Earlier routes had not resolved the balance between brand expression, commercial performance and repeatable manufacture, making the brief as operationally demanding as it was creative.
Our designers developed a flexible suite of product displays through detailed visualisation and close collaboration with engineering. Every unit was shaped around commercial stocking strategy, visual hierarchy, customer behaviour and conversion logic, ensuring jewellery remained easy to understand, explore and shop across different store formats.
Full-scope prototypes allowed the brand to approve proportion, finish and product capacity before manufacture. Dedicated quality control then protected consistency from the approved sample through manufacture, logistics and rollout, delivering a scalable VM toolkit without sacrificing speed, quality or detail.
