Reimagine the spiritual home of a British natural wellbeing pioneer for a new era of conscious beauty.

The design is anchored in five guiding pillars: botanicals, the sundial, blue, balance and open retail. Oak herringbone, European walnut, limestone, travertine plaster and painted white brick bring warmth and texture, contrasted with the brand’s signature deep cobalt across tiles, lighting, metalwork and product displays.

At the centre, a circular testing table and radial tiled motif invite customers to pause, try products and talk with the team. Flexible perimeter shelving and freestanding product moments create space for richer ingredient stories while establishing a scalable blueprint for future stores.

A consistent identity
across different spaces.

Covent Garden established a clear direction for Neal’s Yard Remedies: natural materials, botanical detail and the brand’s deep blue, arranged around a more open way to explore the range.

That direction continued into further locations, including Spitalfields, Manchester, Fenwick and White City. Each setting called for a different response, from full store environments to a more compact beauty counter, while retaining the warmth and recognisable character of the brand.
